A Motivating viewpoint.

I have been walking in India for many years and we face new challenges every time we go to a spot, even though the same path has been traveled several times before. Both team leaders, even new team members, often have feeling of achievement during hike and always understand that both mental and physical shortcomings were tested during the hike without any outward incentive. Sometime we don't hit the intended goal and the feeling of satisfaction always isn't reduced. Although self-morale in the hiking trip team has been strong, sometimes members or trainers are kept responsible in the formal work atmosphere to hold team morale up for completing an action or mission.

This is emphasized during leadership discussion that a committed team may do far more than the amount of individual potential of everyone and often meets goals originally set by team. However, holding the team united, committed on shared purpose and at the same time inspired during the whole project/mission implementation is a difficult challenge. According to "Chanakya," a great Indian philosopher and economist from the 4th century BCE "Saam, Daam, Dand and Bhed" are instruments required for inspiration and coordination by a chief or coach. One tactic that is frequently spoken of is the core principle of the GITA "do the karma without caring about the ultimate result" to bring others into practice or inspire them to do the mission, so don't think about what's in it for me (WIIFM) when performing the job!!! Not thinking about WIIFM in technical environment is not possible all the way.

Let's delucidate how theory of "Chanakya" functions in reverse order in the real environment. Bhed, which is similar to the distinction, is generally achieved by relative classification, creating an exclusive community of close knits, etc. Daam and Dand are similar to carrot and stick, usually shown with thank you letter, incentive & appreciation, wage hike, advancement, position improvement or lack of it. Each company has a well-defined method for utilizing the methodology of "Daam, Dand and Bhed," depending on the case, to accomplish a certain goal.

Saam, implying focus towards practice through shared knowledge or persuading others by intelligence. Essentially, Saam requests conversation with representatives of the team. Whether that dimension is done by a chief or mentor is also not so explicitly defined within the organization. Another explanation it's not so clearly described is because of the varying requirements of each person or team leader. Maslow also established a structure (hierarchy of need from physiological to self-actualization) for considering each individual's needs. The first four requirements that Maslow describes are health, protection, love / belongings, and confidence are expressed by deficits and reductions in morale as requirements are fulfilled. "Daam, dand and bhed" usually involves all four conditions, and may be seen as a person's encouragement strategy. Self-actualization is expressed by the desire for development and the rise in enthusiasm as needs are fulfilled, and "daam, dand and bhed" has very little effect, and "saam" is simply a stronger method to use. Leaders and team members are sometimes at various stages of Maslow structure, so results of the same mission or behavior may be interpreted differently, causing a large difference in communication throughout the debate.

Conversation counseling stresses the "Saam" method to inspiring others and asking for change. ICF coaching offers a collection of strategies for a mentor or instructor to grasp an individual's life by experimentation while maintaining "consumer desires" at the core so it doesn't matter where the teacher so consumer are in terms of "Maslow's Hierarchy."

In my coaching interaction with other individuals, I also find that each person is focused on a period in life or specific issues/topic at various levels in need. Understanding the world of clients is vitally necessary and ICF competency is a very valuable resource for a leader/coach. One argument that was obvious to me, "when the client is transparent on the intent of the assignment and whether the role is related to Maslow's client hierarchy, substantial success is ensured (i.e. client is driven by decided action) and responsibility is graciously acknowledged by client."

In sum up, each person has various rates of "needs," which basically implies that inspiring people on "needs" from the comparison frame of leaders doesn't produce optimal results. When the needs are "deficiency dependent" strategies may be used, i.e. medical, health, love/belongings, daam, dand and bhed techniques. If the requirement is "growth-based," however, e.g. self-actualization, the saam strategy produces stronger sustainable outcomes. Coaching assists in determining the correct degree of desires and the required coping strategy to be used.

The power of Beliefs and their effects.

A legend that has made an indelible impression on me is about a baby elephant that is attached to a tree with a chain to protect it from being stuck in the forest. The baby elephant evolved over time to become a full-size giant but the chain and tree stayed the same. The full-grown elephant appears to assume that the chain and tree are powerful and, by splitting them, it cannot run free.

The tale shows me that we are both growing up with convictions and bringing all some baggage. If the full-grown elephant decided to, it may have cut the chain; the tree was uprooted. The value system proceeded to convince the elephant that the tree and the chain are better.

We are no special, as humans. The belief system gets ingrained as we evolve and is built by our previous experiences. Most sometimes the idea acts like a subconscious mind that tries to drag us out if we try to bring in some improvement.

Many of our actions emanate from conviction.

Faith AS A LENS That then is just about Belief. Belief is defined as a sense of confidence, assurance and perseverance which sometimes leads to rigidity. What encounters one passes through, it gets created over a period of time. It stands on the Knowledge, Context and Perception Foundations.

The root of belief is most often from a rational intuition which leads to an opinion by emotions and leads to conviction over a period of time.

A confidence in everything is a sense of assurance, that's how we perceive ourselves, others and the universe.

Beliefs are also one of the big barriers and mirrors that we use to view the universe.

TYPES OF BELIEFS Several times we get the impression that the beliefs are mostly harmful, but even the beliefs may be good.

  1. Strengthening belief: Discover and unlock the opportunity, and believe it is possible; have ample performance references.
Self-limiting conviction: Future restraints, Gets affected by societal evidence and perception, they prevent you from doing everything you can.
Conditioned belief: Conditioned convictions are the habits of thought established at a young age, typically by the time you enter school they are firmly in position. They should become the foundation for the potential decision taking and problem solving. However, the sly part with ingrained values is that as an individual you might not be conscious that you are relying upon them.
BELIEF-SHIFT Belief mechanism induces a human to adopt an auto-pilot mode and tends to resist all new inputs coming in their direction. But new beliefs are created. The thoughts and introspections in the discussions around Coaching can contribute to a change in perception that demonstrates transitions.

New perception is created by the re-connection of references and experiences which lead to new interpretations.

I've seen the habits in the Coaching interactions that are just the tip of the iceberg. The deep dive refers to the convictions that are reflected as the thoughts of the Coachee move.

The Coachee's ability is uncovered when the Beliefs change happens on the Coaching trip. When one constructs the Coaching strength, the opportunity to pose the killer questions helps the Coachee think and adjust their perceptions about their examples and experiences.

While writing this post, I was aware of all those changes that contributed to the Coaching sessions, the reason for the change of perception.

Everything you have witnessed in the change in perception that induces changes.

I want to benefit from your practice.

Coaching and Upbringing.

Is there a link between the coaching and parenting?

I am attempting to create a link between the two via this essay. I would seek to evaluate some of the coaching abilities and their related effect on parenting.

Let's dig at these capabilities one at a time.

Parent establishing confidence in the infant is incredibly critical and crucial. However one needs to bear in mind is that there are no options present in this partnership. It's almost difficult to build it back here if the confidence is lost. It is important, therefore, that one begins building faith from day one. Along the path one learns that each stage is more difficult, there is a need for infinite flexibility and tireless diligence as the child progresses and is expected to plateau at puberty. Someone has to start building trust early and avoid searching continually over the shoulders. I realize it's hard for a parent to have one hundred percent confidence, but the challenge of disruptions, free media access at a young age is this generation's bane, and the consequences have never been experienced as detrimental. The trust that is being promoted here is not a blanket faith. Someone needs to carefully assess the dimension of which they unequivocally agree, and the circumstances in which faith would be limited and maybe even conditional. For example; "ok baby, this can be handled, but you need to do it as well." We must be highly careful, however, that this offer does not equate to a bribing contract. The conversation regarding establishing confidence will be transparent, descriptive and not subject to misleading acts.

Which takes me to the next big competency which is clear contact. Although creating confidence is a two-way mechanism, i.e. faith rises in its execution, it is always the parent's duty to insure that there is meaningful contact and there is an appropriate medium for contact with your infant. One aspect I learned from my own observations and relied on is that sarcasm doesn't work with babies. Don't neglect their willingness to differentiate between the type of sound or terms you use when you talk to them. Therefore "No to Sarcasm" would be the first law for optimal contact We as parents are so wrapped up in our personal lives that we we neglect who we interact with and we continue to indiscriminately use the same sledge hammer .. At the same hand, when using words, one must show patience. Be plain, concise and clear-cut. This is not a bee-spell or argument game. The intention here is to provide a straightforward and effective means of getting through to the other party. A way your child will respond to the same sense of meaning and word.

Although one may end up in need-based conversations in a day to day situation, a parent can still have impromptu talks. This brings up other doors for developing parent-child relationship and confidence. The kid would be more willing to participate and to be responsive to thoughts, proposals being addressed, whether he or she understands that the conversation is introduced without any previous goal being established. The kid will feel less pressured, cornered or forced to follow advice or thoughts from the adult.

The next topic I want to answer with the same language is attention. Listening Power is a spiritual blessing. Some people are raised with it and others have it.

How is it that listens? "Listening is to give the sound or the event your complete attention. You hear what people are doing as you listen, then you seek to grasp what it entails," says Oxford Dictionary. And various reports talk of specific styles of listening including Discriminative, Positive, Divisive etc; is listening restricted to sound only? I don't accept that. I feel positively if you react or consider the thoughts or gestures of someone who is listening, too.

Who occurs while listening? To continue with we are building trust. The argument brings us to another stage of cooperation. This stimulates transparent contact and bonding.

We sometimes end up giving less attention to the interactions with babies. Yet more frequently than not they have to express something significant. While a child is communicating, give 100 per cent of your energy. Provide goggles on the head. Some of the time, their gestures mean far more than their sentences ... hear the sound .... See the thoughts of their eyes....notice the expression of the body....note nothing lacking. In addition, it's necessary to be non-judgmental. Don't believe. Wait for the child to end before replying. Never listen with an response in mind. Should not phrase your comments as you listen. Wait until they stop, until you talk about your reaction. This is not a match for cross examination. Provide the child with the opportunity to talk and the warmth that you listen to.

We can see that there is a clear link between the three coaching / parenting factors that we discussed above.

For them to be successful, both of these competencies should coexist. Although coexistence is essential, it is also vital that they operate in unison with no friction, like a machine wheel. They have to operate like well oiled machine gears. If one of the wheels starts to wear off, the remaining two fail and impacts the machinery's overall working, which is the parenting in this situation.

The Mindmapping Energy.

When we were still in classes, one consistent reminder that our highly respected teachers bombarded was not to miss a single lesson. We have been informed often that a chapter is relevant and may even be useful during exam preparations. Now I wonder, has any of our teachers asked us how to recall the moment. Since then, this thinking has been nudging me until I attended a Mindmapping class, which is all about human mind control.

Many times I used to think about the human brain's processing capacity, because we now have 1 Tera byte digital storage systems and much more. I have wrote regarding human brain's memory ability as Infinite. Why then, should people struggle to save the material and recall when it's needed. It says, it has to do with the way we save the material and the shape we save.

THE LANGUAGE HUMAN BRAIN UNDERSTANDS If xl, ppt, report, jpeg, we are all used to save the files in the manner they need to be saved in a computer. What then is the way to save the human brain file or material so that it opens up as needed.

This thinking fascinated me until I discovered that "Imagination and Association" is the language human brain understands.

SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM Brain They very often feel the memory goes down with time and there is a struggle to recall.

This is often shown that much of the latest information is already in our short-term memory folder, where it appears to fall away from. The burden for changing it from short-term to long-term memory will be on individuals.

When we visualize and connect with the event/content we are passing through it is a long-term memory. We have also seen many of the experienced gurus being able to remember what is needed in no time, which is a clear display of the material stored in the correct form.

MINDMAPPING THE CONTENT Mind maps were created by Tony Buzan in the late 1960s as a way to help students make observations that only included key words and images. They are much quicker to make, and much easier to remember and revisit due to their visual quality.

A mind map is a diagram used to describe terms, thoughts, activities, or other objects that are linked to and radially organized around a specific key word or concept. It is used to generate, visualize, form and define ideas, as well as to help study, organize, solve problems, make decisions and write.

Why should you use Mindmaps? It is used to remember easier, rendering organizing and taking care enjoyable. It is more successful in developing the cycle of creative thinking and in capturing ideas and information.

Things are easier to recall when defined by color, patterns, words, pictures, acronyms, etc. that are stored as files.

I see the strength of Mindmap being used by learners demonstrating the ability to understand.

The very fact that there are people who have photographic memory has pushed me into brain power. What if, we all continue to exploit human brain vocabulary and use Creativity and Interaction.

Since I began utilizing Creativity and Comparison to turn the learning into long-term memory, the ability to recall has improved at sea.

What was your understanding of using human brain capacity and its willingness to save and recall.

I am looking forward to learning from the practice.

Control on small stuff.

All deserves to be content but for most citizens happiness remains elusive. One explanation for this is because people continue to derive their joy from major stuff, including a career advancement or a sizzling new relationship. I focus on the precious words Mother Teresa quoted "Be faithful in small things for the power resides in them" Being comfortable and satisfied with the small pleasures of life allows one to calm down and take the time to appreciate them. The wise words of Mother Theresa speak too much to our quickly paving country. As grown-up adults we seem to quickly overlook how even one slight shift or moment will cause a new environment and life.

Take the time to enjoy a meal with your partner or breathe in the new morning air, pleasant with the kids playing a basic board game will make the house ring with laughter, love that heated embrace, that cuddly blanket and that powerful gadget, and you'll consider your life one marked by pleasure, even without knowing it, one little gesture will contribute to a happy day, everlasting happiness.

I decided to stop and share, our behaviors about the little stuff rely on happiness. Life consists of little things, and loving them is expected to make for a more enjoyable existence with all their value.

I have a friend who still struggles with me just over minor issues, I respond to her for even less, it's still been a poor ending and we stop from communicating for a few days until we continue talking for no choice. There was this communication capacity that I gained during my coaching lessons, recently I was having a talk with a friend again as we normally argued, so I began to criticize her so never tried to listen. My mood shifted with her after a few hours and I slowed down, starting listening, still not knowing, probably not even willing to speak to her, I found after a few weeks that our relationship began to develop better and I also noticed the battles, disagreements fell down and the discussion became friendly with a positive ending much of the time.

I momentarily understood as I reflected it's a little thing I did to stay silent while she was thinking. That made her feel nice, we began chatting rather than arguing, the strength of silence and listening is incredibly valuable just in a basic discussion, how crucial it is while you are a teacher, only listening will do miracles, an successful listening would definitely carry the teacher beyond that, though it was not an easy task it is always achievable by constant practice and planning. When a mentor it's crucial to remember that not everybody with a dilemma wants you to fix it, they just need someone to relate to, someone they can feel comfortable, someone who co-creates the thoughts.

HOW TO HEAT The CALLS Up.

IT'S A GAME NUMBERS Interviewer: How worried were you for the first cold call?

Brandon: I was a little anxious, since I didn't really realize what we were offering precisely. I had a central notion. Nevertheless, I believe what benefited was to make as many telephone calls as possible to know more about the company. That's how I started on it pretty good.

I'm getting more than 100 cold calls a day. It's awkward at first but it helps to stick to a particular industry. I guess the trick to being successful at cold phone calls is taking plenty of phone calls. Malcolm Gladwell holds the quotation for about 10,000 hours. Good painters aren't major painters born. They still have to paint a number, no matter what.

GETTING PAST THE GATE KEEPER Interviewer: What is the greatest cold calling challenge?

Brandon: A big portion of cold calling moves past the gatekeeper and gets the correct person on the line. When I have Google's contact number right off, I don't realize who I'm going to be referring to.

I at least know what to offer them because I have interacted with the industry sufficiently. I will get details from the gatekeeper anyway. In fact the gatekeeper is a receptionist. I'm going to be nice to the gatekeeper. I am polite with the gatekeeper and offer a justification why I call them, because I visit their website and decided to reach out.

I ask the gatekeeper things they wouldn't be willing to address and then you'll be passed to someone else.

My first priority is to get the correct individual moved. I seek to set up a period when they aren't around. If not, then I just ask for an email address to send information. Quite seldom ends up with practically none.

HANG UPS COME WITH THE TERRITORY Brandon: I get mixed up with instantly at times.

Interviewer: Yes indeed?

Brandon: What I do is call out. And say I disconnected. And then they will either say that we did [get disconnected] or they will say no I hung up with you, and then you get another chance.

Interviewer: Have you been successful at all when you call them back?

Brandon: I do. I just need to be straight up and clear with what I want, because I only have like 8 seconds before they hang up again. At that point if they hang up, it's okay to just move on and focus on the next call.

STAYING POSITIVE AFTER HANG UPS Interviewer: Do you feel bad after a series of people hang up on you? How do you handle that?

Brandon: If a series of people hang up from an industry, it's usually something I'm doing, whether my tone is off or I'm just not in the greatest mood that day.

It's not as much of what I say. It's the feeling of what I'm saying. I try to stay busy and cheerful. I have a hacky sack that I throw up in the air, just to stay moving. Motion creates emotions.

When I'm in a poor mood I'm going to try to stay out of it. On my break I should go outside and walk about. Instead of dwelling on my life seek to live in the moment.

Change YOUR Type Interviewer: Do you notice that for other calls you alter the inflection in your voice?

Brandon: Well, I suppose I like to mirror men, obviously. I also found that when I spoke to other clients I was doing a really faint southern drawl. Or, I'm going to use terms close to what they do. One term I like is copasetic right now. It's Southern. It implies everything is in working order. Cold calling is interesting, and when you're talking to people from all around you will broaden your vocabulary and know more phrases.

Interviewer: Making the request exclusive.

Brandon: Thanks, for having them happy too. I'll spill something crazy occasionally, just to make them chuckle. Like today, someone said, "Oh it sounds like you're very far away." And I said, "Well it has to be because my headset is backward." And they all began to laugh. It's nice to make people friendly. Even though, like the receptionist, it's not exactly the person you want to be talking to from the organization on the line, it's important to be polite to everybody.

It is necessary to behave because you should not call. Do not behave as your performance depends on whether the person you call says 'yes' or 'no' If you are stressed out people can say. Just lay back and rest. This is just what you consider a mate. Act like you always had a talk with the person you're calling in the rain.

The most raddish thing about cold calling is there isn't much overhead. You should go play with cold calls. Like leads, cold calls are something the client charges more and the contact means something.

Interviewer: Okay, it's good that ListGIANT provides 500 free leads, and you can get some chances without the strain you've just listed. Thank you for the time, Brandon.

Prospects for Better B2B in the multichannel campaigns.

Effective direct marketing depends on high quality mailing lists and repositories. The specific types of targeted communication, such as postal delivery, online marketing, and telemarketing, would only affect whether the advertisement hits the correct target demographic.

It is data accuracy that means the company maintains a competitive advantage on its rivals. It's the energy that makes it possible to communicate with customers. You can't create successful marketing strategies without high-quality data that help to produce leads. Leaders are expected to be men who will secure the contract. If you send mails to time-worn email accounts, you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

Server acquisition has to be strongly focussed on the consistency of opportunities for the B2B lead generation. Bad quality will contribute to the wrong people being pursued and hence a path with no goal. By ensuring the data records are secure you will make better business strategy decisions. Data veracity will effect campaign Return on Investment (ROI).

Entangled in a cobweb of data consistency Various parties usually build difficulty, companies may not have an understanding of the people involved in handling the data and having it working in their company. Of eg, there might be quite a few people from a single organization in control of managing the results. As a consequence, there can be a full chaos, such as vital missed leads or old leads preventing campaign attempts. None of which adds to time waste, and therefore low efficiency.

Industry Email List
Industry Mailing Lists
Industry Wise Executives Mailing Database

Industry Specific Email List

Locking data in silos The gamut of data organizations collect on consumer desires would hopefully travel smoothly through multiple divisions within an enterprise. Sadly, more organizations are isolating data and keeping it hidden in data silos, such as a silo for advertisement data or a silo for consumer records. Businesses may obtain valuable knowledge as data is stored in a single place where all employees may access.

Daily data cleaning necessity Data cleaning can allow marketing strategies successful It is essential to remove duplicates as sending a message to the same organization or person will generate unwanted problems. It will mobilize your resources — especially if you submit mails or make phone calls. It would render you appear dishonest even if your plan is proving successful. However, after you've discovered that you just have one data sheet, it's best to carefully review it to prevent inconsistencies such as spelling mistakes, incomplete information and misformatting.

Businesses can always liberate themselves from dead leads. Information from B2B degrade at an exponential rate. The data archives can not bear much interest any more. Individuals, for example, shift jobs at work, or quit the business. Sharing communications of dead leads reduces efficiency, in addition to generating weak ROI. There are strong risks of hard and soft bounces for email promotions, and poor open rates.

Typically, a clean and hygienic B2B list includes 15 to 20 fields such as: name, description, complete mailing address, email address, web address, area, SIC code, city state / province, ZIP / postal codes, primary industry, nation, NAICS, sales figures, and number of employees.

Select the right individuals with quality data Quality data allows to fine-tune the lead generation cycle A typical error sales companies make is to handle all clients fairly with their appointment setting strategy. All the executives typically don't have the same buying power. And interacting with the top decision-makers is critical. Key decision-makers play an important part in structured design up appointments. Businesses with high quality data can get in contact with key decision-makers instantly when one gets to demonstrate whether a particular approach is a better match for the company's long-term objectives. Generally, high-quality data lets companies offer higher-value products and gain a advantage from rivals.

User database segmentation Email marketing strategies will progress by leaps and bounds by segmenting emails User database segmentation allows tailor and organize specific marketing messages. That said, they are still carrying professional campaign guides.

Customers may classify themselves in several respects. For starters, segmentation can be performed on the basis of executive level such as CEO, Managing Director, Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, Manager, etc. Around the same period, C-level leaders often comprise high-society groups, such as high-spend customers, academics, businessmen and senior managers.

In fact, segmentation at the market level is an choice too. A few sources cover banking, IT-enabled infrastructure, media, and manufacturing. For starters, one may get in contact with company marketing heads — like executives, department managers, GM department, regional sales manager, business development chief, and so on.

A segmented list, on the whole, results in further campaign leads.

Expanding the possible counts for marketing activity Require the upper management to address third-party data opportunities A third-party data provider can be roped in if the upper management is persuaded that it can improve the marketing operations of the business and the efforts of the lead generation. It is important to evaluate both the pros and cons of the present marketing plan, and the decision made accordingly. The management should be conscious of how unreliable or missing data render their marketing activities less successful. If so, then it is important to contact a third-party data service provider judiciously. The company will be successful if the group is legal, and has been in the business for around 7 to 10 years. When their data fields are guaranteed to be safe, modified, and live, then an affiliation with them will dramatically improve the odds of a good DM center.

All of it False About Email Monitoring.

Opens, and clicks also rule the day in email marketing.

In the past 10 years, the number of email marketing platforms has exploded; ESPs now exist for different niches and consumers (bloggers, SaaS, ecommerce, etc). The software, the environment and many things have changed, but the email metrics have not changed.

Why alter what works, right?

The lack of creativity in email analytics can partly be traced back to the limitations imposed by email headers-used for email monitoring-and leading email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo!, etc.).

To be fair, platforms such as MailChimp and HubSpot have taken measures to help their users track on-site goal fulfillment and campaign return on investment (ROI).

Yeah, what's wrong with Analytics for Email?
Opens and clicks are the metrics used by most advertisers to maximize email campaigns.

They're also the best email analytics available to assess email campaigns 'impact and interaction. They are some of the main metrics that we use at Highlights, too. And they aren't flawless email efficiency metrics in any way.

Why Openings are Email Marketing Metrics Imperfect?
Email marketing systems have a tiny picture (a monitoring pixel!) in any email you send out to market. When the email client loads the picture an open is counted. This means that if a receiver has allowed image-blocking on their email application, they will not be included in your open quota.

Buy Email Database
Email Database Providers
Buy Targeted Mailing Lists
Verified Email Lists
Email Database For Marketing

The open rate underreports on opens, but it also overreports on it ... Over 50% of email use has happened on mobile these last few years. This, and Gmail's rising market share (example below), has made common ground open-to-delete. Now, those that open count against your open limit.

In add to the difficulty of getting an exact image of your emails 'open rate, email forwarding also counts against the open rate. Technically this means an email will get an open rate of over 100 percent (I've seen it!).

What are Clicks Imperfect Email Metrics?
Although we usually suggest getting a single Call-to-Action (CTA) in your emails, we recognize that there are many occasions when it may not be possible (for example, newsletters). Yet, the click rate for an email includes all clicks (clicks on links to the email footer, supports links, and clicks on your main CTA). Is it fair that all of these clicks are part of the same click rate?

Now, when your recipients land on your site, blog or landing pages, what happens? If they quit in the first second they will be counted as part of your click rate?.

That is one of the reasons why we often recommend using custom targets or revenue numbers instead of clicks to evaluate the performance of a campaign.

We also strongly believe that the clickthrough rate (CTR) should be calculated over the opening of emails (e.g. 100 emails sent, 50 opens, 10 clicks = 20 percent CTR), and not the total number of emails sent (e.g. 100 emails sent, 50 opens, 10 clicks = 10 percent CTR). If the email opens is correct, this estimate will give you a better idea of the effect your emails would have. That's when ...?

How are Unsubscribes Imperfect Metrics on Email Marketing?
For Unsubscribes it gets even trickier.

If a person can unsubscribe from a specific email you've sent, a completely different email in your series or email marketing system may have caused the decision to unsubscribe.

Even so, many subscribers do not even take the time to unsubscribe because they are sick of getting your email messages. They're just going to stop opening, reading, and clicking. Worst of all, they can also mark your email addresses as spam.

Unsubscribed data points are fine. A better data point may be the disengagement rate for an email. Have your subscribers stopped opening your emails after receiving through email? It's a more important data point, but having that kind of info is far more difficult.

Company blogging: What it requires time to do it.

Successful companies blame blogging and web writing with much of their success. What used to function in the past as a friendly forum for expressing thoughts has now become a critical component of a robust digital marketing campaign. Blogs which are used for commercial purposes help to increase internet exposure, leads and sales. Business blogs can be seen as a marketing channel such as social media or email marketing which supports a business 'development.

Company blogging applies to posts about events relating to the sector and things linked to it. A company blog is a publicity tool that improves online exposure for the firm, unlike a personal blog that is focused on one's hobby or acts as a primary means of generating revenues.

Make blogging a regular and important part of your online marketing plan to keep your business successful and significant in the digital world.

Today most companies have a website. Blogging renders this platform deserving of a marketing tool. When you have a company forum, the website is more likely to turn up at the top search pages on search engines. The odds of your company ranking higher in search engine rankings rise for any blog post on your web thus rising the likelihood of your company featuring in people's search queries. Additionally, when you write a blog article, it provides the potential for people to share it on their social networking networks, thereby rendering the material more available. This offers you the ability to share your content with new readers, and the option to connect your post to another blog.
